Are you interested in developing and strengthening your understanding of God's Word? Do you find yourself struggling to dig deeper in the Word - or you just do not know where to begin?
Here at the Institute of Theology, students will undergo a phase-certification process in which upon full completion of the program, the student will receive a complete Certification in Theological Studies sponsored by Living Word Bible College.
Phase One: Introductory Biblical Instruction
a. This is considered First Year and is the introduction to Living Word Bible College’s Certification Program. In this year students will be introduced to various surveys of the Books of Bible, understanding context, purpose, and authorship of each individual canonized book.
b. Students will be expected to learn and grasp an in-depth understanding of each book found within the scriptures to properly prepare them for phase two of the Certification Process.
Phase Two: Intermediary Biblical Instruction
c. This is considered Second Year and is the second phase to the phased certification in Theological Studies. In this year, students will be introduced to Christian theological disciplines which will broaden their understanding of the scriptural foundation attained in first year.
d. Students will be expected to learn and grasp an in-depth understanding of theology and different Christian basic-principles.
Phase Three: Advanced Biblical Instruction
e. This is considered the Third an final year of certification at Living Word Bible College. This is considered the year if application in which students will be able to apply all knowledge gained beforehand in prior years to their success in this final year. Students will be taking more advanced theological courses and more challenging Christian courses to deepen their knowledge of the word of God.
f. Students will be expected to have successfully attained a firm understanding of the Word of God and other Christian Theological principles upon completion of this year. At the end of this year students should be ready for their certification.
At Living Word Bible College‘s Institute of Theology prospective students will be enrolled in what the college recognizes as our main non-degree, certification program. Students will undergo prerequisite courses of study in which prepares them, should they be interested to advance toward a baccalaureate degree in Christian Theological Studies. ITT is the modern-day bible institute that many congregational churches would open to allow their members to further their studies in the Word of God. Our program is unique and like no other, in that while many other institutions offer low-grade instruction in four-years, we offer quality high-grade advanced instruction in a total of three years.
The Institute of Theology is the modern-day bible institute opened for believers to further their studies in the Word of God. Our program sponsors certification in Theological Studies due to the advanced placement of the courses offered in the program.
Living Word Bible College‘s Institute of Theology offers prospective students the opportunity to achieve a certification in Theological Studies. Registered students will advance through a wide array of Theological Studies courses as well as Biblical Survey Courses which can potentially gear them toward a baccalaureate degree in Theology.
The program is open to those who meet the pre-qualifications found within ITT’s Articles for Program Enrollment. While our program gears individuals in the potential pathway toward an undergraduate degree in Theological Studies, the degree program is optional and not mandatory.
ITT’s phased program consists of intense biblical instruction in which students can expect their faith and understanding of God's word to be challenged. Each phase of attendance in the phased-certification program is progressive; meaning that each phases consist of courses that are dependent on the knowledge that should have been developed in the one prior.
Our program gears individuals in the potential pathway toward an undergraduate degree in Theological Studies, the degree program is optional and not mandatory.
